ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Washington State Immunization Information System Information Sharing Agreement for
Exchange of Immunization Data. (Effective Date: June 19, 2018- June 19, 2023)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between the Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program and
the Kittitas County Public Health Department and allows for the exchange of immunization data
with other health care providers and health plans.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on June 4, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on June 6, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Washington State Immunization Information System Information Sharing Agreement for
Exchange of Immunization Data. (Effective Date: June 19, 2018- June 19, 2023)
