ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Amend a Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County & Accolade for Property
Management of Shady Acres Mobile Home Park.
BACKGROUND: On September 7, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners
approved a Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and Accolade Property Management
Group.
INTERACTION: Commissioner Jewell worked with Ann Shaw, Broker &
Property Manager of Accolade & Deputy Prosecutor Neil
Caulkins on the proposed Amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Amendment & Resolution as presented.
HANDLING: 1- Original Clerk
