AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND ACCOLADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP
This Contract amendment, dated __________________, 2018 is made and entered into by
and between KITTITAS COUNTY (“County”), a subdivision of the State of Washington, and Accolade
Property Management Group (“Contractor”)(collectively “the parties”).
WHEREAS, the parties executed a professional services agreement for property
management in September of 2016; and
WHEREAS, section 12‐Modification‐provides that the agreement may be amended in
writing; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to establish a flat rate of $1750 per month to begin on July 1,
2018 and annually renegotiable; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to retain all other provisions of the agreement in full force and
effect.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, the
County and the Contractor mutually agree to amend Exhibit “A”‐§9 to merely provide for a flat
monthly rate of $1750.00, to begin July 1, 2018, and to be renegotiated annually. Existing
subsections “H” and “K” of §9 shall be the only other portions also remaining operative from that
section, all other portions of §9 are hereby voided.
