STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2018-_______
A Resolution Amending a Professional Services Agreement
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Accolade Property Management Group entered into a
Professional Services Agreement in September of 2016; and
WHEREAS, the County and Accolade desire to amend the agreement to provide for a flat rate
of payment, to begin July 1, 2018, and renegotiable annually.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby authorizes execution of
the amendment described in Exhibit “A” that is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
