AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: June 19, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Consider the reappointment of Ron Profit to the
Kittitas County Civil Service Commission.
BACKGROUND: As of June 30, 2018 Mr. Profit’s term on the Kittitas
County Civil Service Commission will end.
INTERACTION: On April 24, 2018 staff sent notice to Mr. Profit that
his term on the Civil Service Commission would be
ending as of June 30, 2018.
On May 8, 2018 Staff received a letter from Ron
Profit requesting the Board consider him for
reappointment, for a 6 year term.
RECOMMENDATION: Reappoint Ron Profit to the Civil Service
Commission, for a term effective immediately and
expiring in June of 2024.
HANDLING: Staff to notify the Applicant and Kittitas County
Civil Service Commission of reappointment.
Staff to update County website.
