RESOLUTION NO. 2017 -j '30'
TITLE: Reject All Bids Furnishing Petroleum and Lubricant Products for the Public Works
Department 2018
WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited sealed bids from petroleum and
lubricant suppliers (10119/2017; 10/26/2017); and
WHEREAS: Four responders submitted sealed bids for Public Works review; and
WHEREAS: Public Works created errors contained within its bidding packages resulting in
improper responses from submitters;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest ofthe public, does hereby reject all Petroleum and Lubricant Product responders and
directs Public Works to correct bid document errors and re-advertise for petroleum and lubricant
projects -2018.
