SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />This Contract amendment, dated N ()'/(J/I!, b(~t:J I 2017 is made and entered into by <br />and between KIITITAS COUNTY ("County"), a subdivision ofthe State of Washington, and <br />Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce ("ContractorJl)(coliectively lithe parties Jl ). <br />WHEREAS, the parties executed a professional services agreement for tourism related <br />work on January 1, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, section 12 -"Modification", of the General Conditions, provides that the <br />agreement may be amended in writing; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the compensation (Exhibit liB") to provide for <br />funding of the purchase of I-pads that will provide a digital survey tool for events. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions herein, the County and <br />the Contractor mutually agree to amend Exhibit liB" -Compensation to provide funding for the <br />purchase of I-Pad to develop a digital survey tool. The funding made available for this purpose <br />is exclusive and shall not exceed $3,000.00.
