BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 -018 <br />TITLE: Contract Supplement No.2 with Jacobs -Naneum, Wilson, Cherry Creeks <br />Watershed Assessment Phase 1 <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners entered into a contract with Jacobs <br />Engineering Group for producing a watershed assessment for the Naneum, <br />Wilson Cherry Creek watersheds via Resolution 2015-154; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners extended the timeline for delivery of grant <br />products to May 31, 2017 owing to low water conditions in 2015; and <br />WHEREAS: The Recreation Conservation Office is requesting a time extension of the <br />Naneum, Wilson, Cherry Creek Watershed Assessment Phase 1 allowing <br />additional time for technical advisory group comment on final plan <br />recommendations; and <br />WHEREAS: Jacobs Engineering Group is willing to extend the grant deadline to July 31, 2017 <br />without altering the current project budget; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chairman's signature on Supplement No.2, <br />Jacobs Engineering Group extending the deadline for final deliverables associated with the <br />Naneum, Wilson, Cherry Creek Watershed Assessment Phase 1 to July 31, 2017. <br />DATED this 6th day of June, 2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />)6 Clerk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KI COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />, a Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br />c- <br />t2£/~ <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner
