BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND FORTERRA
ADMENDMENT #1
The 2015 Lodging Tax Services Agreement between KITTITAS COUNTY ("County"),
a subdivision of the State of Washington, and F orterra, regarding the Cycling the Canyon
event, is amended to change the event title and date listed in the Agreement.
Forterra changed the name of the event from Cycling the Canyon to Pedals & Vines and
changed the date of the event from October 4, 2015 to September 26, 2015. The County
agrees to and approves these changes to the Agreement.
All other items in the original Agreement remain in effect.
