SECOND ANNUAL RENEWAL OF
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Second Annual Renewal of Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is made by and between Kittitas County
("County") and Government Payment Service, Inc. ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by and
between the County and Contractor, effective February 3, 2015 ("Agreement").
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows:
1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, through April 1, 2018 .
2. Electronic Signature Permitted. This Renewal may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which
when so executed and delivered shall be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one instrument.
Delivery of an electronically imaged signature of this Renewal by electronically imaged or facsimile
transmission will be effective as delivery of a manually executed original for all purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Renewal by their duly authorized representatives or
