BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KlITITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOUITION <br />NO. 2010-If <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING DISTRIBUTION OF 2010 <br />HB 1386 FUNDS <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />the Board of County Commissioners determined criteria in <br />Resolution No. 2008-43, regarding the expenditure of <br />historic documents and preservation funds in accordance <br />with HB 1386; <br />the Board of Commissioners solicited applications for the <br />distribution ofHB 1386 funds for 2010; and <br />the Board of Commissioners met in a special meeting with <br />the applicants on February 3, 2010; and <br />the Board of Commissioners had approximately $33,051.04 <br />available in the HB 1386 Fund with a total of $12,816.49 in <br />application requests; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners determined the following projects had met the criteria outlined in <br />Resolution 2008-43 and hereby awards funding to be expended and requested <br />for reimbursement to the Kittitas County Auditor's office no later than December <br />31,2010 or any unused portion of the award shall be deemed forfeited and <br />returned to the fund for future use: <br />Northern Kittitas County Historical Society- <br />The Carpenter House Museum Re-roof project <br />Kittitas County Historical Society - <br />Processing & Long Term Preservation of Documents of <br />Local Historical Significance <br />Kittitas County Genealogical Society - <br />Replace copy machine, rebind & repair books <br />Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame - <br />Preservation and scanning of Ellensburg Rodeo images from <br />$5,000.00 <br />1929-1955 $1,825.00
