ADDENDUM TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County ("County") and the Washington State Association of Counties <br />("WSAC") entered into a professional services agreement dated December 15,2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the tasks contemplated in that professional services agreement are not yet <br />completed, nor the funds that were allocated yet spent; and <br />WHEREAS, section 12 of the general conditions section provides for written amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and WSAC wish to amend the termination date, found in Exhibit "A", to <br />June 30, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and WSAC intend all other terms and conditions of the agreement to <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />County and WSAC hereby amend the professional services agreement, dated December 15,2015, <br />by extending the termination date to July 30, 2017, and leaving all other terms and conditions in full force <br />and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this amendment this U 'tJtt,day of ~~ . <br />2016, <br />THE WASHINGTON STATE <br />ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES <br />~ ~~l~I)'V <br />Date: fit-k'l(Jh <br />APPROVED: <br />aul ~ce-c h ail'l11all -Q
