TO DECLARE EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND EQUIPMENT
NO. 331 -2002 JOHN DEERE 410G BACKHOE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE
SALE TO THE SOLID WASTE FUND
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund has one used 2002
John Deere 410G Backhoe, Serial Number T0410GX907339, which is
surplus to our needs; and
WHEREAS: The Solid Waste fund is in need of one used backhoe.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, does hereby declare Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund
Equipment No. 331 -2002 John Deere Backhoe, Serial Number T041OGX907339,
surplus and authorize the Director of Public Works to sell said equipment to the Solid
Waste Fund in the amount of Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($26,300.00).
