HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes-2017-071BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KITTITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2-D Il{;~ 0 '1-( DESIGNATING A COUNTY ENGINEER WHEREAS: The County legislative authority of each county is required to employ a county road engineer CRCW 36.80.010); and WHEREAS: The County legislative authority of each county is required to collect an official bond CRCW 36.80.020) from a county road engineer upon employment; and WHEREAS: Mr. Gregory Lucas Huck is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington in good standing with the Washington State Board of Licensing; and WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners elects to name Gregory Lucas Huck, PE under a county bond during his tenure as County Road Engineer; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners declares it be in the best interest of the public, and does hereby name Gregory Lucas Huck as County Road Engineer. I will no longer serve as Interim County Engineer effective June 6, 2016. Our engineer is Mr. Gregory Lucas Huck (WA 53204). Please find attached a recent licensing search verifying Mr. Huck's active status as a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington. I am also attaching the current County Bond listing I will look to see when Mr. Huck's schedule allows his attendance at a future County Engineer training opportunity sponsored by the County Road Administration Board.
