RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE RENEWAL OF THE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT
OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES (DSHS) GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on June 7, 2011, the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington executed the DSHS General Terms and Conditions Agreement; and
WHEREAS, that Agreement provides the terms and conditions for all County contracts
involving DSHS; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is up for renewal; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement have been reviewed and approved
statewide;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the renewal of the
Washington Department of Social and Health Services General Terms and
Conditions Agreement.
