AMENDMENT TO <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement to the Professional Services Agreement dated Janua ry 1/ ~017 is <br />made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and FCI Custom Cars <br />(hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, on April 3, 2012, the County and Contractor entered into a Professional <br />Services Agreement for the provision of the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office vehicle builds <br />and service and maintenance on installed vehicle equipment, and <br />WHEREAS, this Professional Services Agreement has not lapsed, but has been extended <br />continuously by amendment in the same manner as described below; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Contractor are agreeable to extending the duration of the <br />Professional Services Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 12 of the Professional Services Agreement allows for modification on <br />the agreement based on the mutual consent of the parties in writing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the County and the <br />Contractor to amend the Professional Services Agreement (attached hereto as <br />Attachment "A") dated Janua ry r I ~2017 as follows: <br />1) The first sentence of the second paragraph of Page 1 of the Professional <br />Services Agreement which reads "The term of this Agreement shall commence <br />on April 1, 2012 and continue until December 31, 2013" is hereby deleted and <br />replaced with "The term of this Agreement shall commence on January~ <br />2017 and continue until December 31, 2017. The term of this Agreement may <br />be extended for additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of the parties <br />in writing.
