RE: Jail Investment Grade Audit Agreement Amendment #1
At this time Kittitas County would like to proceed with taking the investment grade audit for the Jail facility to
a Rough Order of Magnitude proposal with 80% engineering as identified in your proposal September 14,
2016.
Description:
1) Amendment to take design of Chiller, Air Handling Units, Coils, Control Values
and Domestic Hot Water Heaters in the old Jail facility to 80% Design.
