THE KITTITAS COUNTY HORTICULTURAL PEST AND DISEASE BOARD
Contract number K1788, including any subsequent modifications thereto, between the
Washington State Department of Agriculture and Kittitas County and its agent Kittitas
County Horticultural Pest and Disease Board, is hereby amended under the provisions of
the Agreement Alterations and Amendments clause and by the mutual consent of all parties
hereto, as follows:
• To add $22,000.00 to the total amount of K1788. The increase will be used to augment
the apple maggot control and eradication activities described in K1788-Plan of Work.
• Contract K1788 original amount = $38,000.00.
Amendment No. 1 = $22,000.00.
Contract K1738 Total = $60,000.00.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any subsequent amendments thereto
remain in full force and effect. The parties hereby acknowledge and accept the terms and
conditions of this amendment which is executed by the persons signing below who warrant that
they have the authority to execute it on behalf of WSDA and Kittitas County.
