Whereas: Whereas: Whereas: Whereas: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KITIITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY ASSESSOR THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNTS OF TAXES LEVIED FOR EACH TAXING DISTRICT RESOLUTION NO. 2017 -() tJt£J It is the duty of each taxing district to file certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 84.52.020; It is the duty of the Board of County Commissioners to certify to the County Assessor the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district, pursuant to RCW 84.52.070(1); Each taxing district has filed certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners; A copy of each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, as filed with the Board of County Commissioners, is attached to this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners certifies to the Kittitas County Assessor the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district as set forth in each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, copies of which are attached to this resolution. REV 64 DIODe (w) (2/21112) RESO L UTION NO 16-011 RCW 84.55.120 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROSLYN, WAS H INGTON AUTHORIZING THE 2017 REGULAR PROPERTY TAX LEVY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roslyn has met and considered its budget for the calendar year 2017; and, WHEREAS, the districts actual levy amount from the previous year was $ 197,639.99; and , WHEREAS, the population of the district is less than 10,000; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the taxing district that an increase in the regular property tax levy is hereby authorized for the levy to be collected in the 2017 tax year. The dollar amount of the increase over the actual levy amount from the previous year shall be $ 2,363.85 which is a percentage increase of 1.196039% from the previous year. This increase is exclusive of additional revenue resulting from new constructions, improvements to property, newly constructed wind turbines, solar, biomass, and geothermal facilities , and any increase in the value of state assessed property, any annexations that have occurred and refunds made.
