The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on May 17, 2016 at Kittitas Auditorium, 205 W 5th
Ave, Ellensburg, Washington to consider a proposal to create a development agreement to allow the approved Palomino
Fields subdivision to be completed in phases. The proposal does not include any changes or modifications in the approved
plat, and only proposes that development occur in phases.
