To sign Digital Submittal Certification -County Road Administration Board For
2016 Road Levy Certification

The Kittitas County Assessor provided the Department of Public Works with the
Certification of the 2016 Road Levy And Estimated Revenue Produced (WAC
136-150-021 ).
The County Road Administration Board requires that the attached Digital
Submittal Certification Form be signed by the County Engineer and the Chairman
of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners indicating acceptance of the 2016
Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced as provided by the County
Assessor.

It is requested that the Chairman of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
sign the Digital Submittal Certification -County Road Administration Board for
2016 Road Levy Certification.
Note: CRAB has changed their submittal process. Upon signing, an original
Digital Submittal Certification will be mailed to CRAB . An electronic copy of the
Certification of the 2016 Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced will be
sent to CRAB by the Public Works.
