RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -DII
TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #11 FOR
THE TEANA WAY PAVING PROJECT
WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners authorized road improvements to
Teanaway Road (Resolution 2015-104) in the amount of$3,000,300.00;
and
WHEREAS: Additional Costs are required for Hot Mix Asphalt, guard rail and other
associated items; and
WHEREAS: The Contractor has offered unit price extensions for each; and
WHEREAS: It has been determined that the Change Order Total is $113,172.43; the
Director of Public Works recommends approval of Change Order # 11.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in
the best interest of the public, does hereby approve Change Order # 11 for
the Teanaway Paving Project for the amount of $113,172.43.
