I.; i⢠1 4 i' !' ` i ⢠<br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />APPROVALPRELIMINARY PLAT <br />J.UAKING ASPEN PRELIMINARY PLAT (P-08-06) <br />WHEREAS, according to Kittitas County Code Chapter 16, relating to the Subdivision of Land, adopted <br />pursuant to RCW 58.17, an open record hearing was held by the Kittitas County Hearing Examiner on <br />December 9, 2010 for the purpose of considering a preliminary plat known as the Quaking Aspen Preliminary <br />Plat and described as follows: <br />The division of 38.24 acres into 8 lots, located west of Nelson Siding Road on Old Cedars Road, <br />Cle Elum, WA, in a portion of Section 19, T20N RI 4E, WM in Kittitas County. Map numbers: 20- <br />14-19040-0005, 20-14-19040-0011, 20-14-19040-0012, 20-14-19010-0018, 20-14-19010-0019 <br />and 20-14-19010-0020. Proponent: Chuck Cruse of Cruse & Associates, authorized agent for <br />Jacqueline M O'Conner, landowner <br />WHEREAS, public testimony was heard from those persons present; and, <br />WHEREAS, due notice of the hearing had been given as required by law, and the necessary inquiry has been <br />made into the public interest to be served by such platting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner recommended approval of said proposed subdivision; and, <br />WHEREAS, a closed record public meeting was held by the Board of County Commissioners on February 1, <br />2011 to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on this matter; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners make the following FINDINGS OF FACT and <br />CONCLUSIONS AT LAW concerning said proposed preliminary plat: <br />Chuck Cruse of Cruse & Associates, authorized agent for Jacqueline M. O'Conner, landowner, <br />have applied for an 8 -lot plat on approximately 38.24 acres of land that is zoned Rural -3. The <br />project is proposed to be served by an individual wells and individual on-site septic systems. The <br />proposed lots range in size from approximately 3.0 acres to 6.21 acres in size. <br />2. The property is located west of Nelson Siding Road on Old Cedars Road, Cle Elum, WA, in a <br />portion of Section 19, T20N R14E, WM in Kittitas County. Map numbers: 20-14-19040-0005, <br />20-14-19040-0011, 20-14-19040-0012, 20-14-19010-0018, 20-14-19010-0019 and 20-14-19010- <br />0020. <br />
