COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />(KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />10:30 A.M. SEPTEMBER. 27, 2010 <br />Board members present: Chairman Mark McClain; Vice -Chairman Paul. <br />Jewell and Commissioner Alan Crankovich. <br />Others: Catherine Dunn, Deputy Clerk of the Board; <br />Solid Waste Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Patti Johnson, <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:35 a.m. Chairman McClain opened the special meeting and <br />announced that the Board would retire into Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to consider the selection site or the acquisition of real <br />estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action <br />is anticipated. <br />At 10:45 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session, with no <br />action taken. Chairman. McClain announced that the Board would <br />retire into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the <br />selection site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price. Action is anticipated. <br />At 10:55 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session, , with no <br />action taken.
