SEPTEMBER 27, 2010 <br />Board members present: Chairman Mark McClain; Vice -Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Alan Crankovich. <br />Others: Handy Robinson, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Catherine Dunn, Deputy Clerk of the Board, Heil <br />Caulkins. <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />Tit 9:00 a.m <br />meeting. <br />Chairman McClain opened the Office Administration <br />WEEK AT A GLANCE <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAFIS & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br />The Eoard of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 24, 2010. <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. This was determined at a Special <br />Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners held on June 18, <br />2009. Each Comt-nissioner reviewed discussions held with their <br />respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br />FOLLOW UP AGENDA PROCEDURES COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Jewell presented the Board with a draft proposal for <br />proposed updates to the County web page pertaining to the Outline of <br />a meeting with the Board of County Commissioners. He explained that <br />his goal with these Proposals was to hopefully give the public more <br />insight to the meeting process but also allow them a venue to access <br />directions tO properly go about requesting a meeting with the Board. <br />He indicated that he and Deputy Caulkins had been working on this <br />_., <br />Lz <br />r 0; <br />09/27/2010 MINUTES <br />holo <br />
