AGENDA DATE: June 5, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY15 (HSGP) Homeland Security
Grant Program #E16-071 Amendment C.
BACKGROUND: The Homeland Security Grant Program is part of the ongoing
Homeland Security grants that are managed through the Region 7 Interlocal Agreement.
This Amendment B extends the amended deadline from June 30, 2018 to August 31,
2018 and replaces the original Milestones, shown on Exhibit D, with the revised
Milestones, shown on the revised Exhibit D. It is necessary to change the milestones in
order to give Kittitas County sufficient time to meet the extensive controlled equipment
purchase requirements.
INTERACTION: The original grant agreement and the related Amendment C and
Attachment D have been reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s
Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY15 (HSGP) Homeland Security
Grant Program #E16-071 Amendment C.
HANDLING: No handling.
