ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective dates: July 1, 2017-
June 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County is entered into by both
parties to allow Kittitas County to enforce state and local solid waste regulations and to provide
education and outreach to prevent solid waste violations.
INTERACTION:
Prosecutors Office: Reviewed and approved on May 25, 2018.
Auditors Office: Reviewed and approved on May 30, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective dates: July 1, 2017-
June 30, 2019)
