Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />June 5, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective dates: July 1, 2017- <br />June 30, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement between the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County is entered into by both <br />parties to allow Kittitas County to enforce state and local solid waste regulations and to provide <br />education and outreach to prevent solid waste violations. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Prosecutors Office: Reviewed and approved on May 25, 2018. <br />Auditors Office: Reviewed and approved on May 30, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health.
