AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: June 5, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and American Rivers.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners has agreed to assist in
funding for a short period of time for work related to the
Yakima Basin Integrated Plan. This Contract is with
American Rivers to assist in that funding.
Noting that this is a performance-based contract, in which
payment to the contractor is based on the successful
completion of expected deliverables. Total compensation
for this contract shall not exceed $10,000.00. Payment will
be made on a reimbursable basis only and the contractor
shall send an itemize invoice monthly requesting payment
to the Kittitas County Auditor and include all necessary
materials as directed.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the PSA as presented
