ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 2.
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 2 adds a Statement of Work for the Maternal and Child
Health Block Grant, Office of Emergency preparedness and Response, and Supplemental
Nutrition Assistance Program Education programs. (Effective January 1, 2018 through
12/31/2020)
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 17, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 2.
