Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />June 5, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health <br />Administrator on the Amendment 1 to the contract between Walla Walla and Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department. (Effective dates: July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The amendment 1 to the contract between Walla Walla and Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department increases the contract amount by $2, 856.00 for a new revised maximum of <br />$5,856.00 for participation in the Greater Columbia Accountable Communities of Health Youth <br />Marijuana Prevention and Education Program. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 17, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health <br />Administrator on the Amendment 1 to the contract between Walla Walla and Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department.
