ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Resolution approving the Interagency
Agreement between the Department of Ecology and the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. (Effective dates: March 1, 2018- December 31, 2027)
BACKGROUND:
The Interagency Agreement between DOE and KCPHD defines roles and responsibilities for the
implementation of a metering pilot project to include meter procurement, installation,
administration, and outreach.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 17, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Resolution approving the Interagency
Agreement between the Department of Ecology and the Kittitas County Public Health
Department. (Effective dates: March 1, 2018- December 31, 2027)
