AGENDA DATE: June 5, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a public hearing for June 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm to consider Equipment
surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of same in
accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:

The Department of Public Works requests that a public hearing be held on June 19, 2018 at
2:00pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize
disposal of same. The Department of Public Works plans to surplus the equipment in
accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing to consider equipment surplus to the county's needs and
authorize disposal of same.

W. 5th Ave., Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the following equipment surplus to
Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of same in accordance with RC W 36.34.080:
