Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />June 5, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public <br />Administrator on the Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program <br />Agreement. (Effective dates: May 1, 2018- April 30, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program agreement provides <br />guidelines the health department must follow in order to participate in the Vaccine for Children <br />Program (VFC). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on May 11, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on May 14, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public <br />Administrator on the Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program <br />Agreement.
