ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the agreement between Asuris and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective Dates: Upon
Signature and End Date: Upon termination by either party)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement will allow the health department to bill for vaccine and administration provided
to Asuris members according to terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on May 7, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on May 10, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the agreement between Asuris and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective Dates: Upon
Signature and End Date: Upon termination by either party)
