AGENDA DATE: May 15, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the Evergreen Ridge
Parcel B Division 2 Plat (LPF-18-00002 and RZ-01-00010)
BACKGROUND: The Evergreen Ridge Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat was
approved on October 2, 2001 through Ordinace No. 2001-17 and then amended on
May 16, 2006 through Ordinance No. 2006-26 (RZ-01-00001 & RZ-05-00033).
The overall PUD covers approximately 90.13 acres off of SR903 at approximately
milepost 8 in Ronald WA. The final development plan was approved on June 7,
2016 through Resolution No. 2016-072.
The applicant submitted a final plat application on April 24, 2018, requesting final
mylar approval for the Evergreen Ridge Parcel B Division 2 Plat. This plat
encompasses parcel numbers 960542, 960543, & 960544 to create 11 lots totaling
approximately 15.64 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting
documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval
documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in conformance
with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day timeframe outlined in
RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and
all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Evergreen Ridge
Parcel B Division 2 Plat (LPF-18-00002 and RZ-01-00010).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
