AGENDA DATE: May 15, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Amendments to Kittitas County Code Section 3.22-
Admissions Tax.
BACKGROUND: County staff have proposed amendments to Kittitas County Code
Section 3.22-Admissions Tax, to aid in the administration, collection,
and enforcement of the County’s admissions tax ordinance.
INTERACTION: The proposed amendments were drafted collaboratively by staff from
the Auditor’s Office, Commissioner’s Office, and Prosecutor’s
Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the proposed amendments to Kittitas County Code Section
3.22-Admissions Tax.
