KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Amendments to Kittitas County Code Section 3.22- <br />Admissions Tax. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: County staff have proposed amendments to Kittitas County Code <br />Section 3.22-Admissions Tax, to aid in the administration, collection, <br />and enforcement of the County’s admissions tax ordinance. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The proposed amendments were drafted collaboratively by staff from <br />the Auditor’s Office, Commissioner’s Office, and Prosecutor’s <br />Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the proposed amendments to Kittitas County Code Section <br />3.22-Admissions Tax. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> Copy – Prosecutor <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed amendments to Kittitas County Code Section 3.22- <br />Admissions Tax. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br />
