BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RURAL <br />ARTERIAL TRUST ACCOUNT PROGRAM PROJECT NUMBER 1917-01 <br />MANASTASH BRIDGE REPLACMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) authorized a project agreement <br />with the County Road Administration Board (CRAB) for Manastash Bridge <br />Replacement (Resolution 2017-146); and <br />WHEREAS: The BOCC requested that CRAB take necessary actions advancing construction <br />funding for the Manastash Bridge Replacement Project (Resolution 2018-020); <br />and <br />WHEREAS: CRAB has agreed to the BOCC's request advancing construction funding and is <br />now providing an amendment to the original project agreement; and <br />WHEREAS: The amendment provides an additional $686,325 towards construction financing <br />for replacing the Manastash Bridge (MP 10.60); and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on CRAB Amendment <br />No. 1 to project agreement 1917-01 Manastash Bridge Replacement Project. <br />DATED this 1 st day of May, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Paul Jewell, Commissioner <br />
