KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 1, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to consider Amendments to Kittitas County <br />Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On April 25, 2018 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />met in a Special Meeting to review proposed amendments to <br />Kittitas County Code Chapter 3.22 which were suggested by <br />Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner and the Auditors office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: At the conclusion of the April 25, 2018 Special Meeting the <br />Board directed Staff to schedule a Public Hearing for a future <br />date to consider the proposed amendments to Kittitas County <br />Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing to consider Amendments to Kittitas County <br />Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax to be held on May 15, <br />2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 copy – Auditors office & Prosecutor’s office <br /> BOCC Staff to publish legal notice <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
