AGENDA DATE: May 1, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to consider Amendments to Kittitas County
Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax.
BACKGROUND: On April 25, 2018 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
met in a Special Meeting to review proposed amendments to
Kittitas County Code Chapter 3.22 which were suggested by
Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner and the Auditors office.
INTERACTION: At the conclusion of the April 25, 2018 Special Meeting the
Board directed Staff to schedule a Public Hearing for a future
date to consider the proposed amendments to Kittitas County
Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing to consider Amendments to Kittitas County
Code Chapter 3.22 – Admissions Tax to be held on May 15,
2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium and to
authorize the Clerk to publish said notice.
