ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Ordinance Granting Approval to Marian Meadows Planned
Unit Development (PD-17-00001), Conditional Use Permit (CU-17-00001), and
Plat (LP-17-00001)
BACKGROUND: On March 6, 2018, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved the above-
referenced applications. The attached ordinance provides the document to enable and
finalize this decision. The ordinance includes findings of fact, conclusions of law,
and conditions of approval as recommended and revised by the Hearing Examiner,
and as revised by the Board of Commissioners. The ordinance also includes all of
the corrections requested by the Board at the April 17, 2018 Agenda Session.
INTERACTION: CDS, Public Works, Prosecutor’s Office, Board of County Commissioners

RECOMMENDATION: CDS staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the
proposed Ordinance for the Marian Meadows Planned Unit Development (PD-17-
00001), Conditional Use Permit (CU-17-00001), and Plat (LP-17-00001).
