YOUTH SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AMENDMENT
This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County and
HopeSource, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization,. The County and HopeSource agree as
follows:
WHEREAS: the County and Hopesource entered into a contract on September 6, 2016
related to youth sports scholarships, and
WHEREAS: the County and Hopesource desire to amend the description of work and
budget for that agreement, yet leave all other terms and conditions of that
agreement in full force and effect.
The County and HopeSource hereby agree that the September 6, 2016 contract is hereby
amended as provided in Exhibits “A” and “B” attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
The County and HopeSource further agree that all other terms and conditions of the
September 6, 2016 agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement this ____ day
