A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE SEPTEMBER 6, 2016
YOUTH SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM CONTRACT WITH HOPESOURCE
WHEREAS: Kittitas County and HopeSource, a 501(c)(3) private non-profit organization,
entered into a contract for a youth sports scholarship program on September 6,
2016; and
WHEREAS: the County and HopeSource desire to amend the terms and budget of that
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the
attached contract amendment with the HopeSource, all other terms and conditions
of the September 6, 2016 agreement remain in full force and effect.
