BACKGROUND: Timothy Peda has applied for an irrigation franchise across East Third Avenue. The proposed franchise is to install a 6" water line across East Third Avenue for access to water for the irrigation of private property. The Franchise Application is complete and the appropriate application fee has been collected. INTERACTION: Public Works RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing on June 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm and advertise accordingly, to consider an irrigation franchise from Timothy Peda across East Third Avenue.
