KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 1, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of Kittitas County PUD No.1. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimant, Kittitas County PUD No. 1 (“PUD”), claims damages <br />of approximately $6,211.75, for damage to a PUD power pole <br />allegedly caused by Kittitas County’s road workers on December 18, <br />2017. Kittitas County Claim # 201803080044. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Public Works Director confirmed Public Works Maintenance <br />Staff struck and damaged the PUD power pole while performing ditch <br />clearing operations.
