ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners' authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public
Health Department Administrator on the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency
Program letter of Agreement. (Effective dates: November 21, 2018 through November 21, 2023)
BACKGROUND:
The Program Letter of Agreement is established to allow residents of the Central Washington
Family Medicine Residency Program to rotate through the health department. The agreement
establishes the responsibilities of the health department and supervising staff to provide a
learning environment conducive to educating residents about public health.

Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on April 4, 2018
Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on April 4, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners' authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public
Health Department Administrator on the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency
Program letter of Agreement. (Effective dates: November 21, 2018 through November 21, 2023)
