Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 17, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners' authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department Administrator on the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency <br />Program letter of Agreement. (Effective dates: November 21, 2018 through November 21, 2023) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Program Letter of Agreement is established to allow residents of the Central Washington <br />Family Medicine Residency Program to rotate through the health department. The agreement <br />establishes the responsibilities of the health department and supervising staff to provide a <br />learning environment conducive to educating residents about public health. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on April 4, 2018 <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on April 4, 2018. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners' authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department Administrator on the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency <br />Program letter of Agreement.
