AGENDA DATE: February 6, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between Equivant and Kittitas
County to implement JWorks Attorney Case Management
System.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$48,500.00 in the 2017 budget and an additional
$49,500.00 in the 2018 budget for Equivant to implement
JWorks Attorney Case Management System.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office, and the budget amount has been verified
with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and Equivant and Kittitas County
to implement JWorks Attorney Case Management System.
for the period beginning January 2, 2018 through June 30,
2019.
HANDLING: 1 - Copy Clerk of the Board
2 - Originals to Greg Zempel for signature.
Greg Zempel to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk of
the Board.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement, Software License
Agreement, Software Maintenance agreement, Statement of
Work between Kittitas County & Equivant.
