RE: Permit Center — Bathrooms
Dear Ms. Johnson:
I am writing to request you place this letter of appreciation into the files of: Mr. Tim Egan, Mr.
Rick Munson, Mr. Kevin O'Shaughnessy and Mr. Don Pederson — for outstanding effort
remodeling the Permit Center bathrooms. Under the capable leadership of Mr. Egan, all
employees at the Permit Center now enjoy a clean updated toilet facility. Using existing
enclosures and adding new fixtures as needed, the bathrooms were remodeled at minimum
expense with maximum result.
During the remodel, your staff was courteous and conscientious noticing employees of shifting
bathroom accommodations. At no time during the effort were the bathrooms completely out of
service. The scheduling of the work and phasing of the work was well managed by Mr. Egan. 1
appreciate your willingness allowing the work to proceed and the trust that you placed in Mr.
Egan leading the effort.
