AGENDA DATE: February 6, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Tourism-Related, Large-Scale, Municipality-
Owned Capital Projects Lodging Tax Grant Program Technical
Review Team (TRT) Committee Bylaws.
BACKGROUND: The TRT, an advisory committee, was formed to assist the Lodging
Tax Advisory Committee by reviewing proposed capital improvement
projects and assisting the applicants through the four step process.
INTERACTION: During a Special Meeting of the Technical Review Team on January
30, 2018, the committees proposed Bylaws were discussed. The TRT
unanimously voted to forward the proposed Bylaws to the Board of
County Commissioners (BOCC) for approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC approve the Lodging Tax Grant Program
Technical Review Team Bylaws.
