Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />February 6, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Health Authority Contract Amendment #3. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Health Care Authority Contract Amendment #3 is established to extend the term of the <br />agreement from January 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018. It also adds funding in the amount of $4750.00 <br />for that time period. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 8, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 12, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Health Authority Contract Amendment #3. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
