Kittitas County  <br />Board of County Commissioners  <br />  <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT  <br />  <br />Agenda Date:  February 6, 2018  <br />  <br />Action Requested:  Adopt a resolution to authorize execution of an Interlocal agreement  <br />between Kittitas County and KITTCOM for reciprocal IT hosting  <br />services  <br />   <br />  <br />Background:  On August 5, 2008 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners  <br />entered into an Interlocal agreement with KITTCOM for IT hosting  <br />services (hosted backup solution) provided by KITTCOM to the  <br />county. Section 6.01 of that agreement contemplates an exchange of  <br />services of like kind and directs a separate agreement be entered  <br />reflecting the reciprocation of IT hosting services by the County.  <br />KITTCOM has asked for such an agreement.   <br />  <br />Interaction:  Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (SR#42314)  <br />Darlene Mainwaring, KITTCOM  <br />  <br />Recommendation:  Adopt the resolution and execute the Interlocal agreement for  <br />reciprocal IT hosting services.  <br />  <br />Handling:  Return 2 signed copies of the agreement to Jim Goeben.  <br />  <br />Attachments:  Resolution  <br />2 copies of the agreement for IT hosting services  <br />  <br />Lead Staff:  Jim Goeben, IT Director
