ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the
Kittitas County Public Health Department on the Certive Software agreement.
BACKGROUND:
The Certive software agreement defines an arrangement under which Certive will provide
software as a service for the purpose of managing the performance of the organization through
the development, implementation, and management of their strategic and operational plans.

Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 19, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 24, 2018.
Kittitas County IT Department: Reviewed and approved on January 17, 2018
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the
Kittitas County Public Health Department on the Certive Software agreement.
